Here’s a sample day on the 14-Day Detox…

  • Lunch: Stuffed Sweet Potato
  • Snack: Creamy Bean Dip with Carrots and Celery
  • Dinner: Cozy Winter Pasta
  • Treat: Mayan Hot Chocolate

This doesn’t sound like a deprivation diet does it?  

That’s no accident.

I’m a foodie, so when putting this program together it was important to me that the meals were not JUST healthy, but also DELICIOUS and SATISFYING.  

These recipes were all created by a whole foods chef. They not only taste great, but they’re easy to make, all while dramatically boosting your energy!

Don’t have lots of time or energy to cook?  No problem. I’ll share time saving tips – as well as strategies for eating out while on the detox.  I will also share additional recipes each day of the cleanse to give you more variety if some of the planned menu items don’t sound good to you..:)
