How is my approach to nutrition and wellness unique?

All chronic illness and disease starts from three areas – Deficiency, Toxicity or Structural Damage.  Deficiency can be lack of nutrients, lack of sleep or lack of meaningful relationships.  Toxicity can come from environmental toxins, heavy metals, electromagnetic fields and herbicides like glyphosate.  Structural issues can happen because of posture or injury. 

My job as a Functional Nutritionist, Holistic Health Professional and Certified Health Coach is to look at your individual lifestyle, health history and diet and help you to determine what is causing your health issues.  I then can help you make changes to get you on the road to wellness.

What can you expect when working with me?

If you are interested in working with me, the first step is to contact me regarding your interest in personalized health coaching.  Please fill out the contact form below, including the issues you are hoping to resolve in the message portion and I will work with you to set up a time.  Once this is done, I will also ask you to fill out my client intake and consent forms.

  • For your first appointment, we’ll spend 70-90 minutes going over your comprehensive health history, goals, and lifestyle. Since, I will have already had a chance to review your client intake form, I will also ask you follow up questions to get a clearer picture of where your health challenges are coming from.  This initial appointment is $125 for 70-90 minutes.
  • After your first appointment, I will take the information you have given me and put together a protocol designed just for you which will include food and lifestyle recommendations as well as supplements and potential lab testing I think might be beneficial.
  • Additional follow-up sessions (usually every 12 weeks for a few months and then as needed) are for continued support, troubleshooting, and adjusting your diet and supplements as your needs change and your health improves.  Each follow up session will be approximately 35-45 minutes.  $75 for 35-45 minutes.
  • In addition to your appointments, you will be able to message me with follow up questions and concerns through your client portal.  I will also send you periodic recommendations and recipes that you can use to make your nutrition and wellness journey more fun.
