How is my approach to nutrition and wellness unique?
I don’t believe in throwing medications or supplements at symptoms. Rather, I look at a lot of different factors using a special tool called the Functional Nutrition Matrix. I look at your history and genetic predispositions to see if there are factors that have predisposed you to a specific health issue. I also look at potential triggering events which may have caused a health issue to start or get worse. In addition, I investigate your diet, sleep patterns, hydration, stress levels, exercise/movement, family relationships, what toxins you might be exposed to, what you do in your free time, and what your goals are in regards to your nutrition and wellness.
What can you expect when working with me?
One of the benefits of our current technology and online video meeting capability is that I can work with anyone in any part of the globe and also on a flexible time schedule. If you are interested in working with me, the first step is to either contact me regarding your interest in personalized health coaching or you can go ahead and schedule your first consultation by clicking on the button at the bottom of this page. This will link you to my health coach portal where you can make an appointment. If you cannot find an appointment time that works with your schedule, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will work with you to set up a time. Once this is done, I will also ask you to fill out my client intake and consent forms.
- For your first appointment, we’ll spend 90 minutes going over your comprehensive health history, goals, and lifestyle. Since, I will have already had a chance to review your client intake form, I will also ask you follow up questions to get a clearer picture of where your health challenges are coming from. This initial appointment is $125 for 90 minutes.
- After your first appointment, I will take the information you have given me and put together a protocol designed just for you which will include food and lifestyle recommendations as well as supplements and potential lab testing I think might be beneficial.
- Additional follow-up sessions (usually every 4-6 weeks for a few months and then as needed) are for continued support, troubleshooting, and adjusting your diet and supplements as your needs change and your health improves. Each follow up session will be approximately 60 minutes. $75 for 60 minutes.
- In addition to your appointments, you will be able to message me with follow up questions and concerns through your client portal. I will also send you periodic recommendations and recipes that you can use to make your nutrition and wellness journey more fun.
