Custom Meal Planning

Sometimes when you are starting to eat real food, its hard to know what to cook.  I have been meal planning for my family for years and I would love to help you plan for yours.  By having your meals planned there is no last minute stopping for less than nutritious food just because you dont know what to make for dinner or don’t have the right ingredients on hand.

My Approach to Meal Planning

When planning meals, first its important to know what your family likes to eat.  One of the hardest things about transitioning to healthy eating is thinking you have to abandon all your family favorites. I dont think you need to do that, instead I will try to find healthy versions of what your family likes to eat.  In addition, I will introduce you to other nutritious foods that will hopefully become family favorites as well.

Eating Clean

My meals plans all include healthy, whole food ingredients that taste good.  I even include desserts.

Simple Ingredients

My meal plans use simple, real food ingredients easily found at your local grocery or health food store.

Less Stress

Having your meals planned for the week means you dont have to worry about what to make for dinner because you will already know.

How Does It Work?

Each Friday, I send you a meal plan for the following week.  I send plans on Friday but the meal plans are for Monday through Monday.  This way you have Saturday to shop and do any prep work you need to do. 

How Much Does It Cost?

$45 per month, $110 for 3 months or $180 for 6 months.
